About the role
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and hardworking Senior Marketing Executive to join its busy global marketing team. This is an exciting and dynamic role spanning all areas of marketing comms. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience across a broad remit, supporting the team on campaign planning, digital marketing and CRM, retail marketing and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing communications across UK, International, and Global channels, working closely with Creative, Channels, and Production teams.
- Act as the main contact for global franchise partners, ensuring alignment and consistent brand activation.
- Maintain and share Marketing Calendars, and assist with briefing and delivering assets in collaboration with Buying and E-commerce teams.
- Support localized content creation and strategic projects with the broader comms team.
- Assist with photoshoots, content requirements, and in-store events such as openings and pop-ups, including post-event reporting.
- Monitor marketing activity and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide administrative support, including presentations, reports, and handling ad hoc marketing requests.
- Some travel may be required
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Graduate calibre with 3-4 years experience within a similar marketing, retail or fashion role.
- Hands-on experience managing self-serve PPC campaigns for retailers on platforms such as Citrus
- Proven ability to plan and educate co-op funded campaigns with retail partners
- Strong cultural awareness with the ability to navigate cross-order communication and build effective relationships with international stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with third party retail partners (eg. Zolando, ASOS, John Lewis, Very) - preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational & interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross functionally across all levels.
