About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Assistant to join our fast-paced Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and more, bringing our fashion community to life through standout content, strong influencer relationships, and daily engagement. If you’re organised, proactive, and confident creating social-first video content, this is your chance to play a key part in growing an exciting, fashion-led brand
About you
Here’s a little on what we’re looking for:
You’re a social and digital native, up to date with what’s trending on Social
We’re a bustling Marketing team, and so a can-do attitude, upbeat approach and eagerness to learn are a must
You love a plan. Organisation and an eye for detail are a given and you’re able to manage a busy workload
You have a natural flair for writing engaging, on-brand, social-first copy tailored to different platforms
You can work reactively with flexibility when required within a fast-paced environment
You’re confident using an iPhone to shoot and edit social first video content.
You’re comfortable in front of the camera too
Team player with excellent relationship building skills
Strong sense of initiative and full of ideas
The technicalities: PC-literate (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Experience with editing apps InShot and/or Capcut are a bonus
Previous experience in a Social Media role ideally for a retail/lifestyle brand
Shoe – and fashion – obsessed. Naturally
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end organic social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads
Build and maintain strong influencer relationships alongside the PR team
Support collaborative content planning, weekly comms calendars, and daily posting/scheduling
Assist with community management, including monitoring comments/DMs and coordinating with Customer Service on queries
Create engaging weekly content plans and social‑first video content aligned with brand tone and strategy
Brief approved content plans to the Design team and capture content/BTS at campaign and ad‑hoc shoots
Contribute to weekly and monthly social reporting, analysis, and competitor monitoring
Ensure all social assets are correctly uploaded and accessible for the wider business and partners
